IRB Infra bags NHAI project in Punjab

However, the company did not disclose any financial details of the project. The scope of work includes, designing, engineering, construction, operation and maintenance of a stretch of Pathankot-Amritsar section, it said. As per provisions of the bid, the company is required to form a special purpose vehicle (SPV) within 45 days, it added. Shares of IRB Infra closed at Rs 183.55 on BSE, up 0.53 per cent from its previous close.
